Sharing any boundaries or rules you have set up for your chapter
Asking the first-time guest to share their why and asking a few recurring members to share theirs also
Our “why” grounds so much of who are as groups, and it opens up closeness and community quickly. This is the best way for you to help those in your chapter understand everyone is in a different place on this journey and that is ok. The best part about these chapters is women holding space for one another as we love and grow in Christ-like Welcome!
